B2E celebrates with readers Aug. 29

LEWISTON — Beginning to End Christian Bookstore will be celebrating Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, Aug. 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Once a year Beginning to End celebrates independent bookstores across the USA! 

According to store owner, Autumn Brown, the day will be filled with music, food, sales and free give-aways (books and gift bags) until gone.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

9 a.m.: free coffee hour

9-1 p.m.: St Francis Youth Group Bake Sale

9-5 p.m.: Local Vendor Tent Sales

3-5pm: FREE cupcakes and cookies to end the day on a sweet note!

There will be an  A-Z book sale the entire day. Each hour get 10 percent off based on author last names. 9 a.m. will be A-C; 10 a.m., D-F; 11 a.m., G-J; 12 p.m., K-M; 1 p.m., N-P; 2 p.m., Q-S; 3 p.m., T-V; and 4 p.m., W-Z.

Weather permitting, Beginning to End will host as many events outside as possible to be as safe as possible. The store reminds readers to wear their masks.
