GRAYLING — On Sunday, a groundbreaking was held at Mount Hope Lutheran Church for a new building which will house the Crawford-AuSable Day Care (CADC).

CADC will lease the new structure from the local church. The new building is expected to be double the size of their current facility on Old Lake Road.

“We want people to understand,” says the Rev. Joe Polzin, pastor of Mount Hope, “CADC will remain their own entity. They are not becoming a religious organization. They are simply leasing this building from us.”

Building of the new structure is expected to begin soon and expected to be finished around the first part of next year.
