GAYLORD — The Promise FM will be celebrating the Greatness of God during their upcoming fund-raising event. Their Spring Gift Drive runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 7-9.

Listeners can call in to give at (989) 732-6274 or (800) 545-8857, give safely and securely online at www.promisefm.com. The staff notes they are grateful to their supporters for continuing the vision to change lives, strengthen families and impact communities for Christ.

They will kick off their Spring Days of Promise with Praise and Prayer Day, inviting listeners to call in for prayer or to share praise reports of what God has done. There will be pastors and prayer partners volunteering from area churches including First United Methodist Church of Gaylord, E Free  Church Gaylord Campus, and Calvary Baptist Church. 

The special prayer and praise day will take place Monday, May 6 and run from 6 a.m. to noon. They can call 989-732-6274 or 800-545-8857 for prayer and to share praise reports.

Kurt J. Kolka grew up in the small community of Grayling, Mich., near the forested AuSable River. After majoring in English at college, he began a career in writing and newspapers spanning more than two decades. In his spare time he creates a Christian comic strip, The Cardinal, which has a 28-year history of publication.
